Member Types
Connecticut Chapter offers four classes of membership:
designee member
Those members who are Designee members of the CCIM Institute and shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of membership, including the right to hold office and to vote.
CANDIDATE MEMBER
Members who are currently pursuing the CCIM designation and are current members of the CCIM Institute. Candidate members shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of membership, except the right to hold the offices of President or President-Elect or to vote except on any proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Chapter.
AFFILIATE MEMBER
This class of membership is for those who are interested in the benefits of membership but do not plan on earning the CCIM designation. Affiliate members shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of membership except the right to hold the offices of President, President-Elect, Treasurer or Secretary or to vote on amendments to the Bylaws of the Chapter.
FACULTY AND STUDENT MEMBER
Faculty and students of colleges and universities who are not members of the Institute shall enjoy the rights and privileges of membership; except the rights to vote or hold office.
