Scholarship program guidelines
The Connecticut CCIM Chapter's Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. The Connecticut CCIM Chapter grants scholarships to deserving students and real estate professionals who demonstrate commitment to the commercial real estate profession. Recipients should exemplify the high caliber of professionals that comprise the CCIM institute.

Includes the following:
- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career
- Each applicant should be able to demonstrate involvement with the CT CCIM Chapter, such as through attending events, volunteering, or as a due-paying member

Stan Gniazdowski/Carl Russell education Scholarship
Scholarship Value - Full Scholarship towards a core course Hosted by CT CCIM Chapter, or $1000 scholarship towards enrollment in one of the following virtual or in-person CCIM designation courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104.
wayne d'amico ccim education scholarship
Scholarship Value - Full Scholarship towards a core course Hosted by CT CCIM Chapter, or $1000 scholarship towards enrollment in one of the following virtual or in-person CCIM designation courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104.
NOTE: Scholarship recipient will be responsible for the initial cost of the registration of the course; Scholarship amount will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the course. Failing the course renders the scholarship null and void and the scholarship amount will not be issued by the chapter. Scholarship must be redeemed within one year of award notification.
NOTE: The scholarship cannot be applied retroactively to any course already taken; the award is not redeemable for cash; the CCIM Connecticut Chapter will not reimburse individuals for any courses already taken.
